Based on the principles of self advocacy Nclude provides training and support to
people with a learning disability enabling them to speak up, to make choices and have more control and influence over their own lives.

Nclude provides a range of activity and courses that have been identified by
people with a learning disability. We have Nclude Me, Nclude Women, Nclude Men and Nclude Choices. We have Work and Drama courses, two allotments, an internet café and a media group.

We also run an Nclude coffee shop, lunch clubs, social events, travel training courses and Individual Support.

We are continually building new courses and activity in response to identified
needs. We also provide a variety of training, co-led by people with a learning
disability.

We operate a flexible support, self referral mechanism and are committed to
working in partnership with referring teams and other organisations.

Nclude is an exciting Social Enterprise  in Buckinghamshire.

What people say:

"Emily recently received a copy of the annual review meeting that took place, where she took some photos. To see her picture twice in that bought a wee lump to my throat and I told Emily how proud I was of her, for Emily to stand in front of people she doesn't know and do the job that was asked of her is in itself a achievement, so I was a very happy mum."

- Emily's mum

"We would like to thank you for all the support and opportunites that you have given Emily, she has built up a lovely portfolio of the work you have created together and is immensley proud of it all! It was great to witness her own self esteem growing."

- Emily's teacher

"When I first arrived at Nclude the people made me feel very welcome. It is somewhere different to go and meet different people"
